In accordance with this scheme, customers may return the goods to the retailer or the company for a refund payment based on the product's market value. Jewelery must be in regular wear-and-tear condition, unaltered, and without damage to be eligible for returns, exchanges, and buybacks. It must also be accompanied by the original invoice, the certificate of authenticity, and, if applicable, the loose diamond certificate.
